School support package

Great schools are those that have great teachers delivering effective instruction to every child. Good to Great Schools Australia uses our school improvement framework to support schools to make their improvement journey from Poor to Fair to Good to Great.

Good to Great Schools Australia’s pedagogical approach is called Effective Teaching. It is a synthesis of the most important features of various explicit and direct instruction pedagogies that have a strong evidence base.

Good to Great Schools Australia offers schools a Tailored School Implementation, which is a package of curriculum materials, training and coaching, and a suite of tools to enable data-driven monitoring. Each implementation is tailored to meet the specific needs of a school.

Eligible primary schools will receive a tailored school improvement plan which is fully funded* under an Australian Government initiative aimed at improving the English, Maths and Science learning outcomes for children in very remote, remote, and outer regional schools.

We develop ready-to-teach education programs that have a proven evidence base designed to meet the needs of Australian children.
