About the role

The System Administrator contributes to the organisation’s objectives by implementing and managing the Information Technology systems as part of the Product Development team to ensure that innovation projects and organisation tasks are effectively delivered. The applicant will have good technical skills in IT, application support, application development, collaboration, written and oral communication skills and the flexibility to undertake a range of activities based on the changing needs of our small but growing organisation.

Essential criteria

  • Strong demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, Sharepoint, Teams, Office suite
  • Ability to clearly communicate and train users on the use of technologies
  • Experience in researching, configuring and migrating between services by clearly planning, documenting, communicating and executing IT projects
  • Experience with SalesForce and Sharepoint Online integrations
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) to create streamlined organisation processes for document control
