About the project

Students material readiness for school is supported by Student Education Trusts (SET). SET enables families to meet their child’s educational needs (early years educational toys, textbooks, uniforms, stationary, excursions, camps) SET ensures families make provision for their child’s educational needs as a priority investment, within their means and ensures children have increased access to quality educational goods and services.

We now need to harness technology to amplify these effects by creating a scalable product – application – that leverages digital communication channels, data and content

About the role

The Scrum master Project Manager will contribute to the organisation’s objectives by leading the innovation and product development team to ensure that innovation projects and organisation tasks are effectively prioritised, planned and delivered.

Essential requirements of this position are abilty to work in an agile enviroment agile leadership, planning, collaboration, written and oral communication skills and the flexibility to undertake a range of activities based on the changing needs of our small but growing organisation.

Essential criteria

  • minimum 10 years experience leading projects
  • Previous experience working in an agile work enviroment
  • strong background in commercial experience and ability take product design and road map planning work forward
  • Previous experience in change Management
  • Successful delivery of project outcomes in a complex environment (preferably design projects or programs)  including the use of project management planning methodology and risk management
  • Ability to think strategically through complex issues taking into account the bigger picture and longer-term outcomes
  • Evidence of a current valid manual drivers licence
  • Possess a Blue Card (or if successful provide evidence of obtaining/applying prior to commencement)
  • Evidence of a successfully completed Police Check.
