About the role

Good to Great Schools Australia is seeking a vibrant and dynamic Publishing Coordinator to work closely with the publishing and curriculum team to drive successful publishing projects for the organisation. The Publishing Coordinator will coordinate the publishing of curriculum liaising with editors, branding and formatting in power point word and InDesign, locating curriculum Images ensuring all images are constant with digital image policy working with curriculum team to ensure images are constant and oversea the development of collateral.

Essential criteria

  • Relevant qualification or experience in publishing
  • Sound understanding¬†of publishing guidlines and policies
  • Efficient and knowledgeable user of Microsoft and Powerpoint
  • Experience using publishing house and Indesign
  • Collateral management and document control
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently with strong organisational and time management skills

Desirable criteria

  • Experience in photography and/or graphic design
  • Knowledge of the education sector and previous experience in publishing curriculum
  • Understanding of the political and legal framework in which the organisation operates
