About the role

Reporting to theĀ  Business Services Manager, the Project Administrator will provide support on projects for Good to Great Schools Australia, this will involve:

  • Provide administrative support and coordination across macro (implement and operate) projects
  • Undertake project/business research for managers
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to the manager
  • Provide support to the manager in all aspects of their position
  • Ensure business documents are prepared and filed in accordance with information management policy and project folders with the innovation playbook
  • Lead small to medium scale projects
Essential criteria
  • Demonstrated experience in a previous project support role
  • The ability to work independently with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong administration and IT skills including Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn new software packages
  • Experience in reporting with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to support complex problem solving
  • Proven ability to develop strong networks with diverse key partners with demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to address difficult or contentious concepts

  • Relevant qualification or experience in publishing
  • Sound understandingĀ of publishing guidlines and policies
  • Efficient and knowledgeable user of Microsoft and Powerpoint
  • Experience using publishing house and Indesign
  • Collateral management and document control
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently with strong organisational and time management skills

  • Experience in photography and/or graphic design
  • Knowledge of the education sector and previous experience in publishing curriculum
  • Understanding of the political and legal framework in which the organisation operates
