About the role

Good to Great Schools Australia is seeking a vibrant and dynamic Marketing and Communication Coordinator to work closely with the Marketing Manager to drive successful marketing projects for the organisation. The Marketing and Communication Coordinator will coordinate graphic design and digital media work, ensure events and media opportunities are efficiently equipped with high-quality marketing collateral, update social media as directed, maintain current website and teaching portal, ensure all collateral is appropriately logged, stored and distributed through the Contacts and Distribution Register, and manage all digital images and illustrations into a register for easy retrieval.

Essential criteria

  • Relevant qualification or experience in marketing or communications
  • Experience in Graphic design
  • Efficient and knowledgeable user of Microsoft and Powerpoint
  • Collateral management and document control
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for effective graphic design
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft products especially Power Point
  • Ability to work independently with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Commitment to the values and behaviours of Good to Great Schools Australia

Desirable criteria

  • Experience in photography and/or graphic design
  • Understanding of the political and legal framework in which the organisation operates
