Good to Great Schools Australia (GGSA) partners with schools and school systems to support school improvement along a journey from Poor to Fair, Fair to Good and Good to Great.
The Attendance and Readiness program fall within GGSA Community Domain which develops a culture focused on parent empowerment and better educational opportunities for all students. Schools support families to engage in their child’s education, health and wellbeing, so that students regularly attend school, are school ready and successfully transition into a high quality secondary school at the same rate as mainstream children. Is particularly relevant to schools in communities where students are not school ready, have poor attendance and are transitioning to secondary school with significant development gaps and lower secondary school completion rates.
The Program Developer will own and coordinate the delivery of projects and follow the organisation’s innovation model to deliver projects on time and in line with client expectations.
The Program Developer will be responsible for leading the Attendance and Readiness Program from starting-up to Implementation, developing key measures and objectives for the program and managing the project schedule to ensure timely delivery of project objectives in line with the GGSA vision.
